Schneider Family
The Schneider family came from the Alsace region of France and Germany. Although the family spoke German, the census records always indicated they said they were from France. In America they were often known as Snyder or Schnyder.
George Schneider 1792 - 1866
Sarah Schneider - Sarah was married to Wiliam Goodier. William was killed in the Civil War and Sarah remarried a man named William H. Williams.
