Anthony Slade & Mary Julia Buffinton Family
This page is devoted to all of the documents and records collected for the Anthony Slade family. The ancestry of Mary Julia Bufffinton is a bit obscure. The last name is distinctive and she shares a quaker heritage with Anthony. I believe she may be the daughter of Moses Buffinton and was born in 1786 in Swanea. There are those who list a birth date of 1790 which would mean she was 14 when she was married in 1804. Possible but not likely. Still need to find a definitive answer.
